How far in advance should I book?
For morning events and gallery looks, one to two weeks' notice is usually enough. For destination weddings, we recommend getting in touch at least two to three months ahead to allow time for consultation and logistics planning.
What areas do you travel to?
PlumSilk is based in West Central Tainan. We regularly travel throughout Tainan City and to surrounding areas. For destination weddings at scenic spots—mountain resorts, east coast venues, or northern locations—travel is included in the service fee after consultation.
Can I request a particular finish or style?
Absolutely. Each session begins from your preferences. You're welcome to share reference images, describe the mood you'd like, or simply leave it to the artist with guidance on the occasion. The pre-visit conversation is there exactly for this.
What happens if my skin has sensitivities?
Please let us know during booking. We carry a range of products suited to different skin types, including options for sensitive skin. If you have known allergies to specific ingredients, we're happy to discuss product choices in advance.
What's included in the Destination Wedding Service?
The NT$22,000 fee covers a pre-trip consultation session, artist travel to your venue, the full bridal application, and a touch-up kit to leave with you for the day. Exact travel costs for very remote locations are discussed during consultation.
Is a deposit required to secure the date?
Yes. To reserve your date, a partial deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is settled on the day of the visit. Details on the deposit amount are shared when we confirm your appointment.
